Appeal hearing for Ibnsina collusion case postponed to 19 June
A Court of Appeals set the hearing for the collusion case raised against Ibnsina Pharma [ISPH.CA] and three other pharmaceutical distributors for 19 June, postponing it for one month from 19 May. An Economic Court found Ibnsina and three pharmaceutical distributors guilty of oligopolistic practices and fined them EGP5.6bn. The Court of Appeals’ approval of the appeal denotes the suspension of the Economic Court’s decision
