Abu Dhabi’s Al Maqta’a bidding hall processes AED10.3bn worth of tenders in 1H17
Abu Dhabi's Department of Finance has announced that Al Maqta’a bidding hall processed tenders worth AED10.26bn from ten different government entities in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi during 1H17. The aim behind Al Maqta’a is to enhance transparency, competitiveness, and openness pertaining to tenders issued by Abu Dhabi-based government entities. The capital and operational project tenders processed included infrastructure projects in Al Wathba North and various regions of Abu Dhabi, road works in Al Dhafra region, and a number of service projects and government buildings.
