Abu Dhabi invites bids for first low-income housing project, as part of its new initiative
The Department of Municipal Affairs and Transport at the Abu Dhabi City Municipality (ADM) has invited companies to construct a residential project for low-income families in Zayed City, Al Dhafra, with a minimum bidding value of AED0.5mn. The deadline for bidding documents collection is set for 7-Sep, while the final date for submission is set for 17-Oct. Earlier this month, the ADM launched an affordable housing initiative, with rents between AED900 and AED1,600 per month.
