Yamama Cement secures c.SAR480mn energy agreement for new cement plant
Yamama Cement Company (3020.SE) has signed an agreement for establishing a specialised 133MW power station with Wartsila, a global energy equipment manufacturer and servicer, for supplying energy to Yamama’s new cement plant. The power plant will have a total cost of c.SAR480mn, where the sources of financing are yet to be announced. The project is expected to complete in June 2019.
