World Bank votes USD1bn tranche on 20 December; AFDB votes on USD500mn tranche on 12 December
The World Bank (WB) is set to vote on lending Egypt USD1bn - the second tranche of the USD3bn loan -on 20 December, according to the Minister of International Cooperation Sahar Nasr. The deal will be signed immediately after a parliamentary approval, and the Ministry has already concluded negotiations with the WB, said Nasr. The African Development Bank (AFDB) is voting providing USD500mn –the second tranche of the USD1.5bn loan– on 12 December, she added. (Al Borsa)
