Wadi Degla and Masarri enter co-development agreement for Sokhna project

Wadi Degla and Masarri for Touristic Projects have entered into a revenue-sharing agreement to co-develop a land plot in Ain Al-Sokhna, with a total investment cost of EGP900 million, with Wadi Degla contributing the construction cost and Masarri contributing the land. Revenue will be split on a 60:40 basis. The project will include 2,000 units, 100-room hotel and a retail component. (Al Mal)
