Viva Kuwait signs initial agreement to buy QualityNet
Viva Kuwait [VIVA.KW] signed a preliminary agreement with Bahrain Telecommunication (BATELCO) and National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) to buy QualityNet General Trading and Contracting (QualityNet), an internet and ICT provider. The price of the deal is yet to be set and will be disclosed after signing the final sale and purchase agreement, obtaining regulatory approval and transferring the shares. (
