UAE PMI slows to 54.0 in December from 55.8 in November, on lower output and orders
The seasonally-adjusted Emirates NBD UAE PMI dropped to 54.0 in December from 55.8 in November, the bank said on Thursday. The drop in the headline figure reflected smaller contributions from all five constituent indices, suggesting a broad slowing of growth across the non-oil private sector at the end of 2018. New orders rose at the weakest pace since August.
