UAE issues decree to convert Abu Dhabi Company for Energy into a joint stock company
Abu Dhabi’s ruler Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed al-Nahyan on Sunday issued a decree to convert Abu Dhabi Company for Energy into a joint stock company. The company and its assets will be owned by Abu Dhabi Development Holding, according to the decree.
