UAE Central Bank governor says government deposits have been improving
UAE central bank governor Mubarak Rashed Al Mansoori said liquidity is very good, and that banks are holding abundant amount of CDs with the central bank. Speaking in Abu Dhabi the governor added that government deposits have been improving. Finally, the governor said that if there is an increase in Fed rates, the UAE will follow suit. (Bloomberg)
