Tronox’s conditional approval on Cristal deal includes selling plant in Netherlands
Tronox received the EU antitrust regulator’s approval to acquire Tasnee’s Tio2 business with the condition of selling its Tio2 paper production plant in the Netherlands, according to Argaam. Based on the news source, Tronox is currently working on selling the plant to resume the acquisition of Cristal’s Tio2 business. The final approval from the regulators could be obtained as soon as Tronox can meet the subject conditions.
