Titan Cement to submit MTO to acquire full stake in Alexandria Cement
Alexandria Portland Cement announced that its major shareholder, Titan Group, will submit a mandatory tender offer (MTO) to acquire 100% of its shares, within days. It is worth noting that Titan acquired Alexandria Portland Cement's parent company, Alexandria Development, making it an indirect majority owner (88.9%) and triggering the MTO.
