The National Telecommunication Regulatory Authority (NTRA) has approved the mobile network operators’ (MNOs) request to be able to offer the fixed-line service through their respective ADSL arms’ infrastructure, according to a high ranking source at NTRA. NTRA has also set the regulations and the required quality of service (QoS) for the fixed-line service that the MNOs have to adhere to. (Al Borsa)
