Telecom Egypt (TE) [ETEL.CA] will begin allowing its distributors to offer fixed-line services for a commission that has not yet been determined, according to Al Borsa. The company currently gives franchises a 2.5% commission on the sale of recharge cards. The company is planning on signing contracts with new distributors in 1H18, particularly after Ramadan, and opening new branches in 2019.
