Telecom Egypt (TE) (ETEL.CA) and Etisalat Misr, a subsidiary of Etisalat Group [ETEL.AD], will sign the final contracts to allow Etisalat Misr to offer fixed-line services through TE’s infrastructure within weeks, Al Mal quoted Etisalat Misr’s Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, Khaled Hegazy, as saying. This comes after the two companies signed an MoU for fixed-line services last week. Etisalat Misr is currently preparing commercial offers for fixed-line services.
