Talks for Almarai purchase of Dina Farms from Qalaa reportedly stalled
The deal for Almarai (2280.SE) to acquire Dina Farms, Egypt’s largest dairy farm, from Qalaa Holdings (CCAP.CA) has reportedly stalled, according to Bloomberg citing two sources familiar with the matter. The estimated value of the deal is cUSD300 million, the sources added. The article added that Qalaa may try to resume negotiations later this year.
