Taiba Holding to distribute SAR0.4/share for 4Q16 profit
Taiba Holding announced that its board has proposed the distribution of SAR60mn in cash dividends, equivalent to SAR0.4/share in DPS, for 4Q16 profit. Eligible shareholders are holders of the stock as of end of trading day of the EGM, the date of which is yet to be announced. This brings the total distribution in 2016 to SAR240mn (SAR1.6/share), implying a dividend yield of 3.9% on the latest closing price. (Tadawul)
