Suez Cement’s subsidiary EGM signs off on its white plant sale
Suez cement company has announced that its subsidiary Helwan Cement Company’s EGM has agreed and signed off on the agreement for the sale of the white cement plant to Emaar Industries. Helwan Cement Company (99.5% owned by Suez Cement) announced earlier in September that it had entered into an agreement with Emaar Industries Company for the sale of its owned white cement plant located in Minya governorate.
