Sharm dreams planning to finalise renovation of two hotels by 2018 at an investments cost of EGP370mn
According to Hamada Abu El Enein, Chairman of Sharm Dreams Company for Touristic Investment [SDTI.CA], the company is planning to conclude the renovation works on two of its hotels by 2018 at an estimated investment cost of EGP370mn. The Chairman added that the project would be financed internally without need for external debt. The two hotels are located in Sahl Hasheesh in Hurghada and in Sharm el Sheikh with room capacities of 300 and 280 rooms, respectively. (Al Borsa)
