Second phase of privatisation programme to be announced before year-end
The government will announce the second phase of its privatisation programme before year-end, Public Enterprise Minister Hisham Tawfik said. The committee overseeing the state privatisation programme is also scheduled to meet next month to look into how market conditions developed since the privatisation programme was put on ice last October amidst the emerging markets selloff.
