Saudi Electricity discusses extending maturity of its Sukuk III
Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) (5110.SE) announced its plans to discuss with current Sukuk III holders to extend the maturity date of the sukuk until 2030, in accordance with the terms of SEC. If some the of Sukuk holders decide not to extend the maturity date or disagree on the extension terms, SEC will purchase the Sukuk based on the original purchase date in May 2017 (pending an EGM decision).
