Saudi Aramco to issue USD10bn bond in 'a few weeks', says energy minister
Saudi Aramco is likely to issue a USD10bn bond in the next few weeks to help finance its acquisition of petrochemicals company Sabic, the kingdom’s energy minister Khalid Al Falih said. The company is in talks to buy a 70% stake in Sabic, the largest listed company in the Middle East. “It will be probably in the USD10bn range,” Mr Al Falih said on Sunday. “We’ll decide in the next few weeks.”
