Saudi Arabia to award Pfizer, 3M licences to invest, Commerce and Investment Minister says

The Saudi government will grant licences allowing the two US-based firms, 3M and Pfizer, to operate and invest in the Kingdom. The agreements are set to be signed during Deputy Crown Prince MbS’s visit to the US. Last week, Dow Chemical Company became the first foreign firm to be awarded a trading licence from the government, allowing it 100% ownership in the Kingdom’s trading sector.
