Saudi Arabia introduces new initiatives to launch 1.3mn jobs for nationals, Labor Minister says
The Ministry of Labor and Social Development uncovered a new initiative that would bring about job opportunities specifically for Saudis in the coming period. The Ministry has no strategic goal to reduce the number of expats in the Kingdom, the Minister confirmed. The Ministry is working on changing the concept of calculating Saudisation levels to include workers’ production, stability, women’s contribution and laborers’ salaries within the institution not simply the number of employed Saudis.
