The Saudi Housing Ministry’s Sakani programme plans to offer 16 projects, composed of more than 24,500 residential units for the Ministry and the Real Estate Development Fund’s (REDF) beneficiaries on the waiting lists. Six projects are located in Riyadh, another six in the Eastern Province, while four are in Jeddah, the programme’s monthly report showed. The Sakani programme aims to help 200,000 Saudi families to own their homes through its housing and financing solutions.
