Saudi Company For Hardware (SACO) [4080.SE] announced that it has signed a service contract with Medscan, a limited liability company that specialises in transporting goods, logistics, and warehousing and is located in eastern Saudi Arabia. The contract, which is valid for one year, is expected to impact the company's financials in 3Q16. Earlier in April, SACO's AGM approved the acquisition of Medscan's shares. (Tadawul)
