RTA to complete AED3.2bn worth of infrastructure projects in 2018
Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) said it aims to complete key infrastructure projects worth AED3.2bn (USD871mn) next year, including the upgrade of the roads network around Dubai Expo site and Route 2020 Project. Infrastructure projects account for 21% of Dubai’s 2018 budget, compared to 17% in 2017 budget, according to Mattar Al Tayer, director-general and chairman of the board of executive directors of the RTA.
