Rooya Group is planning to list some of its shares on the EGX before end of 2016, according to Hisham Shoukri, Company CEO. Rooya was founded in 2007, with a share capital of EGP1.2bn (USD157mn) and investments exceeding USD4bn. Rooya has a land bank of c9mn sqm. (Amwal Al Ghad)
