Riyad REIT capital increase subscription period to run 1-12 April
Riyad REIT announced that the subscription period for its SAR1.1bn capital increase will run from 1 April until 12 April. Investors can subscribe for a minimum of 50 units at a price of SAR9.31/unit (the stock’s last closing price is SAR9.02). The fund is aiming to raise its capital from SAR500mn to SAR1.6bn, with SAR633mn of in-kind assets and SAR500mn of cash proceeds.
