Residential component at New Capital City is estimated at EGP20bn
New Capital City is planning to launch the first phase of the planned residential properties at the city in 1H17. These will include 17,000 units out of a total of 30,000 units, with total sales proceeds estimated at EGP20bn. Selling prices are estimated to start at EGP5,000/sqm. The residential component at the city will be spread over 1,000 feddan, with unit sizes ranging between 110 sqm and 180 sqm, coming in a wide product range including apartments, villas and townhouses.
