Qalaa announced that it is not a part of the arbitration claim made by EIIC
Qalaa Holdings (CCAP.CA) announced that it is not related to the arbitration claim filed by Emirates International Investment Company LLC (EIIC) against Citadel Capital Partners, which is the main shareholder in Qalaa. According to the disclosure, the arbitration dispute is related to dues owed by CCP to EIIC. Qalaa Holdings also noted in its press release that the arbitration claim is not related to the company’s operational activities. (Company disclosure)
