Prequalification begins for Phase II of Duqm Liquid Terminal project
Duqm Terminal, the logistics provider for the storage and handling of liquid products in the new Port of Duqm, has invited Expressions of Interest (EoIs) from competent engineering firms for a contract to build the topside facilities of a major Liquid Storage Terminal and Dry Bulk Facilities project planned at the seaport. The contract, covering a substantial package of works, represents Phase II of the strategically vital Liquid Storage Terminal and Dry Bulk Facilities project, which will underpin the development of a major refining and petrochemicals hub at the adjoining Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Duqm on Oman's Wusta coast.
