OTMT requests a 15-30 day extension from CIB to finalise the CI Capital acquisition
OTMT [OTMT.CA] has requested a 15-30 day extension from the Commercial International Bank (CIB) [COMI.CA] for the acquisition of its investment arm, CI Capital. If granted, this would be the fourth extension OTMT gets since the announcement was made public. The company has been facing serval regulatory hurdles to finalise the acquisition.
