According to unnamed sources, OTMT [OTMT.CA] has extended the offer period for the acquisition of Commercial International Bank’s (CIB) [COMI.CA] investment arm, CI Capital for two weeks. Initially, the offer period should have ended today. However, due to the various regulatory obstacles faced by OTMT, the company was not able to conclude the transaction.
