Ooredoo Oman plans to invest a total of OMR60mn in network expansions in 2016, according to the company’s CEO, Gerg Young. A significant portion of the amount would be directed towards enhancing the 4G network. Ooredoo Oman plans to connect a further 80,000 households to its fibre-optic network in 2017, bringing it to a total of 180,000 households.
