Omantel has announced that it accepted the offer presented by WorldCall Services Limited and Ferret Consulting for disposal of the ordinary and convertible preference shares held by Omantel in Worldcall services Limited (WTL) in Pakistan. The acquirers are working on completion of the transaction process which is subject the approval of the concerned regulators in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Omantel reiterates that it does not expect any material financial impact on the company as a result of accepting this offer. (Company disclosure)
