Orascom Construction (OC) announced completing and handing over Al Alamein Hotel to Emaar Hospitality Group in under eight months. The company worked on refurbishing, upgrading and converting the existing hotel to a re-branded luxury 200-room hotel with state-of-the-art facilities at Emaar’s Marassi resort in the North Coast. OC is also currently appointed as the main contractor for Emaar’s new marina project in Marassi.
