Obour Land targets to float 25% stake on EGX in 3Q16
Egyptian cheese producer Obour Land will submit a formal request to list on the EGX next week, in preparation for plans to float a 25% stake in 3Q16, according to the company’s Chairman. A secondary offering will be followed by a capital increase to fund capacity expansions and adding new products such as dairy and juice. (Al Borsa)
