Number of pilgrims arriving at Jeddah Airport +20% Y-o-Y; Medina Airport +13%
The number of pilgrims that arrived in King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah reached 136,485 (+20% Y-o-Y) on 813 flights as of 10 August 2017. Meanwhile, Prince Muhammad International Airport in Madina received 337,441 pilgrims (+13% Y-o-Y) on 1,055 flights. Pilgrims are expected to continue to arrive in Saudi airports until 26 August 2017.
