NUCA is set to spend EGP37bn in investments in FY16/17
The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) is set to spend EGP37bn in investments in FY16/17, showing a big rise over the amounts spent in FY15/16 of EGP22bn. Investments will be mainly directed towards enabling infrastructure to a number of land plots for sale, and to the development and completion of 36,000 housing units and the commencement of the development of 142,000 more units, under the government’s social housing schemes.
