The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) has announced plans to sell land worth a total of EGP10bn in 1H16/17, with the sales proceeds set to be directed to the development of social housing projects and infrastructure (EGP26bn is planned in spending for NUCA in FY16/17). These to-be-sold plots will come in different sizes to cater for the needs of both real estate developers and individuals. (Al Borsa)
