NUCA announces auction for 30,000 pieces of land for individuals
The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) has announced the offering of 30,000 pieces of land for sale to individuals in a number of cities, with areas ranging between 209 and 1,500 sqm. The sale of the bidding documents will start on 13 May through the Housing and Development Bank’s (HDB) branches, and down payments will be paid in the period between 20 June and 19 July.
