NTRA to convene tomorrow to discuss final terms and conditions of 4G licence
The National Telecommunication Regulatory Authority (NTRA) will convene tomorrow to discuss the final terms and conditions of the 4G licence. According to a high-ranking source at NTRA, a period of three weeks will be given to mobile network operators (MNOs) and Telecom Egypt (TE) [ETEL.CA] to announce their final stance on the licence, highlighting that international operators would be allowed to bid for the licence if any of the four operators backs out.
