No specific timeline for resumption of air traffic with Egypt, Russian’s Deputy Foreign Minister says
No specific timeline has been identified, so far, to resume air traffic between Russia and Egypt, but Cairo undertakes proactive measures to restore security, Russia’s Deputy Foreign Minister Oleg Syromolotov said on Wednesday. The return of Russian tourists to Egypt depends on the analysis of the aviation security situation in Egypt, Syromolotov said, adding that the decision should be taken by the Russian Government, and that the Foreign Ministry does not make such decisions.
