NMC Healthcare considering investing up to USD1.6bn in establishing a medical city in Egypt
NMC Healthcare is considering establishing a fully-fledged medical city, including hospitals and medical schools in Egypt , with investments of up to USD1.6 bn, where the company plans on sending a delegation to Egypt in the coming weeks to discuss the matter with the related government bodies, according to Tarek Kabil, Minister of Trade and Industry. Tarek Kabil’s statements came on the back of the meetings that were run with Indian business men, as part of the President’s, Abdel Fatah El Sisi, visit to India. It was reported that El Sisi discussed during his visit a proposed project of an Indian fully-fledged medical city to be established in the New Administrative Capital. (Al Mal)
