UAE’s Energy Minister Suhail Al Mazrouei said that private sector would partner with the government on new power generating projects. He said in the past everything was done by the government, which tends to be more expensive. Al Mazrouei said that UAE is aiming for 25% of power to come from nuclear, without specifying the timing.
