Nestlé reportedly in talks to acquire Bonjorno Cafe
Nestlé is currently negotiating the acquisition of Caravan Marketing, which was established in 2003 as a marketing and distribution company and is known for the trademark Bonjorno Café. Nestlé has submitted an acquisition offer, which has neither been accepted nor refused by the target company, according to an unnamed source as quoted by Al Mal newspaper. With negotiations still in the initial stages, details such as the deal value and the acquisition stake in the company are yet to be determined. On another note, Caravan’s expansion plans include establishing a factory for coffee production at a cost of EGP200mn. (Al Mal)
