Musharka Capital has announced that its Musharka REIT’s IPO has been covered c10x and the number of subscribers has exceeded 12,000 with a total value of SAR3.8bn, including retail and institutional investors. The surplus of subscriptions will be refunded within this week. Units will be allocated on pro-rata basis, with the minimum subscription set at 1,000 units. The fund is targeting a size of SAR880mn.
