Mubadala and RDIF to buy stake in Gazprom Neft unit for USD325mn
Russian oil major Gazprom Neft has agreed on terms of a sale of 49% in its unit Gazpromneft-Vostok to Mubadala fund and the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) for USD325mn, Kommersant business daily reported Friday citing industry sources. The agreement on main terms of the deal was signed in December 2017, the sources said. The RDIF is expected to invest USD14mn, while the rest will be invested by the fund’s partners.
