MNHD’s contracted sales up 6% Y-o-Y to EGP5.5bn in 2018
Medinet Nasr Housing and Development (MNHD) booked EGP5.5bn in contracted sales in 2018 (+6.4% Y-o-Y). Up to EGP2.6bn of sales came from Taj City (+36.2% Y-o-Y), while EGP2.3bn came from Sarai (-25.7% Y-o-Y). The company delivered 788 units during the year (+46.5% Y-o-Y), including 478 in Taj Sultan and 310 in Primera.
